P.s.s.s.t.... retreats are held in exclusive luxury accommodations chosen with the most stringent criteria at various locations throughout the U.S.A. and the world.  Our goal is to assist you in the rediscovery of your true self in a relaxing and calming environment. Each guest participating in an overnight program enjoys their own private suite and our staff is always available to attend to your every need and comfort as well as ensure your safety, privacy, and security. If you are attending one of our day programs please be assured that you will also be attended to with the highest level of service at the conference location.

During our overnight programs each guest enjoys their own private suite and bath. Depending on your package selection your meals for your regimen may be prepared by in house chef/nutritionist.  Your individual food program are geared to your specific needs and deficiencies.  Our staff can accommodate any special nutritional or dietary requirements that you have.

Part of our goal during your experience is to reconnect you with your inner senses therefore throughout your retreat you will notice the use of aromatherapy, scented candles, luxury fabrics, towels, soaps, and lotions to ensure your every comfort.  

Our 3 and 5 night retreats are full immersion experiences that are individually crafted by your assigned guest concierge who is there to attend to every detail of your experience.  Their goal is to make sure that your program is individually tailored to your needs and to ensure that you receive the full depth of all counselors and therapies available to you.

Your first day you meet with both our board certified physician and licensed counselor to ensure that your daily regimen meets your specific needs and to establish your goals.  Because we work exclusively with board certified physicians our retreats also offer you the opportunity to ensure that your health issues do not extend to something deeper and more physiologic.  Our providers are also specialists in hormonal therapy and holistic treatments as well as restorative therapies for patients who are post cancer treatment, postpartum, as well as peri and post menopausal guests.

Our staff have been hand picked to ensure your successful completion of your program .  Everyone who you work with will be dedicated to the completion of your goal.   

During your stay you will have a variety of options at your fingertips for healing therapies and modalities, individual therapy meetings as well as group sessions. However part of our goal is also centered around inner reflection so you will also have your fair share of private down time to process both your emotions and all that you are learning. 

Booking your Spot

To maintain the focus on you during your retreat we do not care for more than 9 guests for each retreat or per conference. The costs for Pssst retreats vary based on program location, length and focus.  All inclusive immersion packages contain everything that you will require during your stay or conference including your luxury accommodations, personal care, treatments and therapies, all your meal as well as your aftercare package in which you will be able to interface with us monthly via secure online videoconferencing in the comfort of your home. This ensures that your investment continues to give benefits even once you return home.  We do also offer 6 month no interest financing via Paypal for selected parties.

Once you have secured your Pssst reservation you will have access to your initial online consultation questionnaire so that our counselors can start to design your program.  You will be asked to complete this questionnaire within a certain timeframe and return it to us after which you will receive a 45 minute phone consultation by our intake specialists.  Also after your reservation you will receive a reservation package in regards to your accommodations that you will enjoy during your stay.
